Reporting into our Head of Paid Media, sitting at the intersection of creative, performance marketing, brand marketing and social, using insight to inform ideas and ideas to drive growth.This is a hands-on role for a creative thinker who understands performance - someone who knows how to turn learnings into better briefs, sharper storytelling, and stronger conversion.The ideal candidate blends creativity with strategic insight, understands the media landscape, digital culture, and the beauty sector, and can inspire teams and partners for breakthrough communications.
