Infrastructure Engineer
The Role
As Triumph's first dedicated Infrastructure Engineer, you'll own the foundation that everything else runs on. Until now, our infrastructure has been built and maintained by the core engineering team alongside everything else — you'll be the first person whose entire mandate is to make it fast, observable, and bulletproof. Our platform touches gaming, finance, and social at scale, which means there's no margin for downtime. You'll define how we build, ship, and scale from the ground up — CI/CD pipelines, the databases under our highest-traffic paths, and the telemetry that tells us what's actually happening in production. This is a greenfield mandate: you're not inheriting an infra org, you're starting one. As we scale toward our next order of magnitude of growth, you'll set the standards every future infrastructure hire builds on.
What You'll Do
Establish Triumph's infrastructure function — set the standards, tooling, and practices that the team and future hires will build on.
Own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines, making it fast and safe for a growing team to ship continuously.
