Litigation Counsel

We operate where gaming, consumer protection, intellectual property, and payments meet, and we take our legal and regulatory obligations seriously. Our legal team is small, hands-on, and closely involved in how the business runs.

The Role
We’re hiring our first dedicated Litigation Counsel to manage Triumph’s IP litigation and consumer dispute dockets. You’ll manage intellectual property litigation alongside outside counsel, handle consumer arbitration matters directly, and work with teams across the company to reduce disputes before they start. This role suits a litigator who wants real ownership, moves quickly, and is comfortable using technology to do more with a lean team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage IP litigation with outside counsel. Oversee trademark, copyright, and other IP matters, including strategy, budgets, staffing, and key filings. Hold outside counsel accountable for results and cost.

• Draft and file litigation documents. Prepare complaints, demand letters, cease-and-desist letters, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements. Initiate actions when needed to protect Triumph’s brands and IP.
