Life Manager
Location: Miami, FL — local applicants only (hybrid, ~2 days/week on site)
🕒 Schedule: Full-time · Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional urgent items
📄 Type: 1099 contractor to start, with the potential to convert to full employment
💵 Compensation: $60,000–$70,000/year, based on experience
✈️ Travel: Occasional domestic (US) travel for events
About the Role
A husband-and-wife team who run a fast-growing business together are hiring their first Miami-based Life Manager to support them both. They currently work with a remote assistant, but everything that has to happen in person — deliveries, vendors, appointments, event logistics — still lands on them. This role exists to take all of it off their plate.
It is a genuinely mixed role: roughly two-thirds personal and household management, one-third operational support for the business, with event planning as the single biggest area where they need help. One hour you are booking flights and coordinating a repair at the apartment; the next you are managing vendors and merch for a launch event.
You will not be inheriting someone else's system. You are building it, and then running it so well that neither of them has to think about logistics again.
