TRM is hiring a Senior Brand Designer to own meaningful, visible brand design across campaigns, web, social, events, sales and marketing, and reports. As TRM has grown, the brand has become one of its most important assets, and this individual-contributor craft role has real ownership over its own projects, room to take big swings, and the support of a creative team that cares about getting it right. You will work within TRM’s creative direction and help it evolve through the projects you take on.
The impact you will have:
Design and deliver brand work end-to-end at consistently high craft — campaigns, web, social, events, reports, and collateral — using AI to explore more directions before committing while keeping taste human-led.
Apply and extend TRM’s creative direction with strong typographic, layout, imagery, and color decisions, and use AI-assisted workflows to reach a strong first pass f
