Job Summary
You will join the Core Web team building new headless front-end. Working with two senior engineers, you will build pages and components for a first launch early next year, in an AI-first workflow.
Responsibilities
Build pages and reusable React/Next.js components for the new front-end
Turn designs into responsive, accessible UI
Connect components to headless CMS content and backend APIs
Write unit and component tests for your work
Take part in code reviews, planning and estimations
Deliver well-defined features independently from ticket to merged and tested code, raising blockers and asking questions when needed
Work AI-first with the enterprise AI tools AP provides, using AI assistants to support coding, refactoring, testing and debugging while reviewing their output critically
Qualifications and Job Requirements
3+ years of front-end engineering experience
Solid React experience
Practical Next.js experience in production, including having shipped at least one Next.js project and understanding SSR/SSG and routing basics
TypeScript
Consuming REST or GraphQL APIs
Responsive, accessible UI from design specs
Experience writing unit and component tests, ideally with Jest and React Testing Library
Real, regular use of AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude or ChatGPT as part of recent development work
Headless CMS experience
Integration testing experience
