Overview:

The Media Insights Supervisor serves as both a hands-on analytical contributor and a frontline people manager within the Media Intelligence team, maintaining an active portfolio of client reporting and analytical work while providing direct supervision, mentorship, and daily guidance to Media Intelligence Associates, Analysts, and Senior Analysts. This role ensures that all reporting outputs, analytical deliverables, and measurement activities meet agency standards and client goals, and serves as the first internal escalation point for analytical challenges, data quality issues, and complex measurement questions.
