Job Expectations As a Principal Consultant – Salesforce, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for technical solutioning, client engagement, delivery, Scrum Master activities, technical mentoring, and pre-sales support. This role is one level above Senior Consultant and requires strong Salesforce expertise, independent ownership of complex workstreams, and the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities Lead client discussions for requirements gathering, solutioning, architecture, and technical design. Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions. Design and review Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, migrations, and technical solutions. Provide technical expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and Data Loader.
