Job Expectations TTEC Digital is expanding its Salesforce practice in Hyderabad, India. As a Project Manager – Salesforce, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivery quality. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum delivery, risk management, and a good understanding of Salesforce implementations. Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery and closure. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments. Work closely with clients, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders. Lead project governance, status meetings, steering committee meetings, and client communications. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
