Environmental Project Engineer

Position Summary:   This full-time position will be responsible for managing projects for TTX Environmental (a division of TTX). The Project Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects moving through our facility from design through start-up.  Project Engineers are required to travel to our customer sites to assist with start-up and training customers on equipment. Approximately 25% travel can be expected.     General Responsibilities:   Sales Phase   Support Sales department as needed Review quotes and specifications Suggest new concepts to meet customer requirements Price non-standard items Direct, manage, and support R & D projects .   Engineering Phase   Provide direction to Lead Designers and Detailers on engineering and design specifications. Approve fabrication drawings prior to release (responsible for the contents of all prints in production for jobs assigned). Order long lead time items and monitor delivery of same. Approve materials being requisitioned for purchase. Write and price addendums to address customer’s changing requirements during the project. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with customers.
