Field Installation Leadman

General Responsibilities: The Field Installation Leadman will spend up to 95% of their time on the road providing hands on supervision to the crew installing TTX systems at our customer sites. Must ensure successful installation and start-up of equipment through preparation, planning and the execution of effective field installation service and on-site installation management.   - As a working supervisor you will be highly skilled in specific areas such as layout, welding, fitting, assembly, electrical wiring, pipefitting, and sheet metal fabrication. - Maintain all records of field activities, subcontractor activities, and customer interactions, problems and problem resolution. - Submit verbal and written reports to TTX personnel as directed. - Perform pre-shipment functions that include equipment teardown and preparation for shipment, accumulation and packing of installation parts and equipment. · Effectively communicate and coordinate with Electrical and Plumbing Leadmen and Project Management - Assist in logistical planning and coordination of personnel, vehicles, equipment, supplies and vendors needed during installation. - Perform TTX plant supervision functions as required.   Requirements: - A high school degree or equivalency is required. A technical degree in welding or high school or postsecondary technical education coursework is preferred. - Experience in MIG welding required. TIG welding is a plus.
