Data Scientist

Data Scientist (Tubi, Inc.; San Francisco, California): Apply machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze data and derive insights from large datasets to identify ways to improve user experiences for both new and returning users. Lead a diverse set of data projects, providing insights and recommendations to inform data-driven decisions that drive our recommended systems. Apply statistical rigor, metric alignment, transparency, and effectiveness to Tubi’s decision-making process. Help the machine learning team refine their recommendation models to elevate user experiences. Identify the best strategies to optimize the experiences of new and returning users. Evaluate experimental designs, including pre-test planning, in-flight monitoring, and post experimental analysis for graduation decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build pipelines and tools and make business-impacting decisions. Telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy.

Salary: $211,112.99 – 232,224.29 per year

Education Requirements: Doctorate degree or foreign equivalent in Psychology or related field.

Experience Requirements: One (1) year of experience in the pos
