Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager (Tubi, Inc.; San Francisco, California): Manage and mentor a team of backend software engineers. Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and hiring. Establish engineering best practices for development, code review, and operational excellence. Promote sustainable on-call practices and production ownership.
