Senior HR Business Partner (Tech)
About the Role:
Tubi is seeking a strategic and agile Sr. HRBP (Tech) to help us build a world-class People team responsible for providing high-quality support to employees, in close partnership with functions such as Talent Management, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace. The Sr. HRBP (Tech) will act as a strategic thought partner to leaders across our Engineering and Product organizations, and tackle org issues with people-focused solutions aligned with business goals. This role will be responsible for empowering a culture of high performance, retaining and engaging talent, and driving velocity through simplicity across the tech team.
This role is critical to scaling a high-growth organization and driving operational efficiency across the People Team. You'll have a direct impact on the employee experience at Tubi — come bring your bright ideas to the team!
This is an individual contributor role reporting to our VP of People. This role will be hybrid, based in SF.
