Recruiter

Your role

As a Recruiter at Turnkey, you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle - from sourcing and outreach through to offer and close - across technical and business roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth, fast-moving processes, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and raise the bar for every hire we make.

You’ll also be a builder: refining our systems, strengthening our employer brand, and creating the recruiting foundation that will scale with the company as we continue our rapid growth.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves designing systems, and takes pride in running exceptionally tight processes.

What you’ll do

• Manage searches end-to-end: source, screen, interview, and close top candidates across multiple departments

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand role needs and ensure alignment throughout the process

• Source creatively and strategically to identify talent beyond traditional channels

• Own candidate experience from first touch through close, ensuring every interaction reflects Tur
