We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Ground Support Contractor to join us on-site across schools in the Los Angeles, CA area.
The Role:
As a Ground Support Contractor, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our tutoring sessions run smoothly inside classrooms. You’ll assist students in logging onto the Tutored by Teachers platform, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and support classroom logistics. You're an ideal candidate if you have experience as a classroom teacher and are comfortable with both technology and troubleshooting on-site issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in logging into Tutored by Teachers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during platform setup or use.
- Provide on-the-ground support to students and teachers to ensure smooth implementation of the program.
- Collaborate with school staff to address any technology or classroom management issues.
- Communicate regularly with Tutored by Teachers Partner Success Managers to keep them updated on how the engagements are running.
