As a Patient Care Specialist you’ll work directly with patients and alongside our Doctors of Chiropractic in a fast-paced, active clinic environment. We provide a combination of paid virtual and hands-on training to teach you the skills you need to succeed and grow. his is more than a job. What You’ll Do: 

• Welcome and support patients throughout their visits 
• Assist doctors with patient care and clinic flow 
• Learn hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques through paid training 
• Guide patients through exercises and activities as directed by the doctor 
• Schedule appointments, update records, and support daily clinic operations 
• Help create a positive, organized, and welcoming patient experience 
• Assist clinic doctor(s) with community outreach and patient wellness education

Pay & Perks:

• Starting at $21.33/hour with a path to get you to $23.33 within the first 6 months.
• Full time work across a 4-day work week with long lunches: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-1:00pm; 2:30pm-8pm. One Friday per quarter 8am-10am. 
• Paid technician training over your first 4 weeks, where you will learn everything needed for patient care.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, clinical assistant, restaurant, home healthcare, or other people-focused environments can translate well to this position. What matters most is your ability to learn, communicate, stay organized, and provide a “Wow” in-person patient experience. 

You're perfect for this role if you are:

• Detail-oriented and organized, even in a busy setting 
• Calm under pressure, with the ability to multitask 
• Inspired by wellness, movement, and human connection 
• Eager to grow into leadership, clinical training, or patient care roles over time 
• Prefer working with people face-to-face  
• Comfortable using computers and learning technology used for scheduling, patient records, and daily clinic operations 
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and moving for extended periods and assisting with hands-on patient care activities 
• Full-time schedule availability & flexibility strongly preferred – Hours and workdays are based on clinic needs, including varying shifts   
• Must be able to commute to the chiropractic clinic location  
• Recent graduates from high school, technical/vocational programs, community colleges, and four-year colleges are encouraged to apply, especially those interested in healthcare, kinesiology, exercise science, health sciences, fitness, wellness, or other people-focused careers.
