Job Description
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a UX Designer to create clear, safe and efficient operator experiences across TwentyFour Industries’ UAV ecosystem.
You will understand real users and missions, simplify complex system behaviour and define workflows that remain usable under pressure and degraded conditions. Your work will span setup, planning, launch, mission execution, intervention, recovery, review and maintenance.
This is not a cosmetic design role. UX is part of system performance: it affects mission effectiveness, safety, training burden and customer trust. You will work closely with operators, Product Definition, Systems Engineering and software teams from discovery through field validation.

The day-to-day
- Research operators, maintainers, trainers and mission planners through interviews, observation, exercises, field tests and demonstrations.
- Map end-to-end journeys and workflows across setup, planning, launch, mission execution, intervention, recovery, review and maintenance.
- Turn product requirements and operational constraints into information architecture, interaction models, wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
