Principal Product Manager, AI Experiences
Twin Health
At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.
We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.
Working here
Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.
Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .
With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.
Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.
Opportunity
We are building a new interface to health: the Digital Twin.
The Digital Twin is a living, real-time model of each member’s metabolism and behavior—continuously learning from sensors, meals, sleep, movement, labs, and daily choices. It detects patterns, anticipates what’s coming, and guides members toward better health through timely, personalized actions.
To the member, it feels like a single, ever-present guide.
We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager, AI Experiences to define how members and care teams interact with this intelligence.
You will own the experiences that make AI a core part of how people use Twin—combining conversation, UI, personalized content, insights, and actions into experiences that feel natural, trusted, and useful.
You will own three critical areas:
- Ask Your Twin (AYT) and its evolution to AYT Everywhere — moving from a destination members go to for chat toward intelligence that is available throughout the Twin experience.
- Ask Your Agent, our AI Copilot for the Care Team — helping clinicians and care-team members understand what is happening with a member, decide what matters, and take action.
- AI Experience interaction behaviors and primitives — defining how conversation and AI work across the product, including how insights, charts, recommendations, content, and actions become interactive and conversational.
The challenge isn't simply to get members to chat more. It's to use AI to make Twin meaningfully more effective at changing behavior and improving health outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own Ask Your Twin (AYT) and its evolution to AYT Everywhere
- Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for AYT
- Evolve AYT from a chat destination into an intelligent experience available throughout Twin
- Define when AI should respond, proactively engage, surface an insight, recommend an action, or get out of the way
- Drive meaningful improvements in behavior change, engagement, and clinical outcomes
Own Ask Your Agent, the AI Copilot for Twin’s Care Team
- Define how care-team members use AI to understand what matters about a member, ask questions, explore signals, and determine the right next action
- Design experiences that reduce cognitive and operational burden while increasing the quality and effectiveness of care
Own AI experience primitives and interaction behaviors across Twin
- Define how conversation + UI + personalized content + insights + actions work together as one experience
- Make insights, charts, recommendations, plans, and content conversational—allowing users to ask questions, explore, understand why something matters, and take action
- Define when the right interaction is chat, voice, traditional UI, proactive guidance, or a combination
- Create reusable interaction patterns that enable other Twin teams to build consistent AI-native experiences
Define how Twin’s agents behave
- Establish interaction and conversation patterns that make AI feel natural, personalized, useful, and trustworthy
- Define proactive vs. reactive behaviors, context and continuity, human/AI handoffs, and escalation
- Design experiences that work well despite the imperfect and non-deterministic nature of AI
Establish metrics and evaluation systems
- Measure guidance quality, conversation effectiveness, problem resolution, member trust, and Care Team effectiveness
- Connect AI experience metrics to behavior change, engagement, and clinical outcomes
- Combine AI evaluation with product experimentation and real-world user outcomes
Operate at frontier speed
- Rapidly move from insight → prototype → experiment → production → learning
- Partner deeply with Design, AI Engineering, Clinical, Data, and Product teams
- Continuously evaluate emerging capabilities across LLMs, agents, voice, personalization, and multimodal experiences
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including significant ownership of consumer- or user-facing products.
- Significant recent experience building and shipping AI-native or agentic products used directly by end users.
- Demonstrated ownership of an AI agent that was central to the user's experience or workflow.
- Experience defining and measuring the quality of AI interactions using both AI evaluation techniques and product/outcome metrics.
- Strong understanding of LLM and agent capabilities, limitations, and failure modes.
- Strong experimentation and analytical skills, including KPI definition and evaluation design.
- Ability to operate from product vision and strategy through detailed interaction decisions and rapid experimentation.
- Builder mindset—you move quickly from concept to prototype to shipped experience.
Healthcare experience is valuable but not required. We care more about having built exceptional AI-native experiences that people use, trust, and act on.
