Job Description
Twist Bioscience is looking for an individual that is highly motivated, collaborative, takes pride in their work, and great attention to detail. This position will play a critical role in forming a best in class Shipping/Order Fulfillment team. This position will require interactions with Customer Support, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Receiving teams to enhance internal and external customer satisfaction while ensuring all orders are processed and shipped in a timely and accurate manner. The Shipping Coordinator will perform all administrative and physical requirements of this position.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pick & Pull cold chain, life sciences products as listed by an order picklist and product inventory location generated from the company manufacturing execution system (MES)
- Barcode or QR Code scanning of products for shipping
- General computer data entry such as Automated Export System (AES) filings
- Prepare shipping boxes/cartons with packing material and shipping refrigerants such as cold packs and dry ice
- Create or generate shipping documents for domestic and international shipments
- Verify accuracy and completeness of shipping documents
- Maintain and update shipping logs
- Monitor, record, communicate, and resolv
