Team Lead, Sales - DSPS - WEST
The Team Leader of Sales, North America is responsible for delivering revenue and driving growth in their respective North American Region (West or East coast) for the SynBio product portfolio of Twist Bioscience as well as maintaining focused territory revenue. (S)he is accountable to management for delivering accurate revenue forecasts throughout the fiscal year, enabling the executive team to monitor business performance and drive decision making. (S)he is required to maintain knowledge of competitor products and their commercial strategies, identifying and escalating their activities in a time-bound manner. (S)he is also accountable for providing customer feedback on Twist Bioscience products in addition to identifying unmet customer needs that will enable the development of new and innovative products.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver sales performance by driving the team to attain and overachieve quarterly/annual financial targets set for the team.
- Develop and execute the sales strategy and tactics with management for driving the growth of the SynBio product portfolio and help direct reports execute on tactics. This includes developing a customer centric sales process, continuously build understanding on customer needs and expectations to enhance their experience with Twist.
