This is a hybrid position working from our Herndon, VA headquarters office.
What you will do:
- Lead full lifecycle contract administration, from solicitation and proposal support through negotiation, award, performance, modification, and closeout.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, which may include master services agreements, statements of work, software and technology licenses, SaaS agreements, vendor
