Senior Architect - Project Execution

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Project Manager with strong handson experience in project execution, commercial fit-outs, retail, healthcare, and turnkey projects. The ideal candidate should be an Architect with a B.Arch qualification who has spent a significant part of their career managing end-to-end project execution, rather than being focused only on design. The candidate should have strong exposure to Greenfield, renovation, and turnkey projects, with the ability to independently manage projects from planning through execution, commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end execution of commercial, retail, healthcare, hospitality, and interior fit-out projects.  Lead projects from initial planning and design coordination through BOQ, budgeting, procurement, execution, commissioning, and final handover.  Handle Greenfield and turnkey projects with complete ownership of project execution.  Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, MEP teams, procurement, finance, clients, and other stakeholders.  Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules.  Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and specifications.  Manage site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.  Coordinate Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbin
