Senior IT Engineer

·         Act as a senior technical owner for Microsoft 365 administration, supporting secure, reliable and well-governed services across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview.

·         Manage the overall Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, service health, change readiness, governance and lifecycle management.

·         Administer users, groups, roles, licensing, mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint sites and OneDrive services.

·         Own complex Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, including mail flow, authentication, permissions, Teams meetings, collaboration, file access, OneDrive sync, compliance and endpoint-related issues.

·         Configure and support Exchange Online, including mail flow, transport rules, connectors, retention policies, shared mailboxes, hybrid Exchange considerations and email security controls.

·         Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams policies, meeting settings, voice/calling features, app permissions, lifecycle controls and collaboration integrations.
