We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Trainee (f/m/d) to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term trainee program. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple operational functions, including manufacturing, production, logistics, and supply chain.
You will rotate across different departments (three months each department), contributing to real projects while building a strong foundation in operational excellence.
Your roadmap to make an impact
Support daily operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics functions
Assist with production planning, process optimization, and quality improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and industrial operations
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Support cross-functional projects focused on operational efficiency and process improvement
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of new processes
Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects from planning through execution
Who you are
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field or completed vocational training (Ausbildung) in a relevant discipline
Strong interest in manufacturing and operational processes
Previous experience through internships, working student roles, or practical training is highly desirable
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Positive and proactive with a strong team spirit
Willingness to take early ownership and responsibility
Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English; German is a plus
