Customer Care Sales Advisor (Inbound)

As a Customer Care Sales Advisor (Inbound), you will play an important part in helping customers find the right vehicle solution while supporting commercial growth through a high-quality reservation experience. This role sits at the point where customer service and sales come together, requiring a professional approach to customer conversations, careful attention to detail, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure enquiries are handled smoothly from first contact through to booking.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently across phone and reservation channels.
- Produce accurate quotes, check availability, and convert enquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Use internal systems to create, process, and manage vehicle bookings and payments.
- Advise customers on suitable vehicles and promote relevant add-on products to increase revenue.
- Route queries to the correct department quickly while identifying sales leads and additional business opportunities.
