Responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with a select portfolio of high-value logistics and supply chain clients, acting as their main point of contact to ensure satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue. The role involves understanding client needs to provide tailored logistics solutions, coordinating with internal operations and customer service teams, monitoring performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and managing contracts and negotiations. Key responsibilities also include strategic account planning, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
