Customs Entry Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist. This role is responsible for assisting clients with entry-related inquiries, processing import documentation, and ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection  regulations while delivering timely and accurate service. This is a full-time Monday–Friday position with standard business hours, based at our Laredo, TX. office.

What the Candidate Will Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding U.S. Customs brokerage  services, including entry documentation, shipment status, and basic compliance  inquiries.  
• Prepare, review, and process import documentation in accordance with U.S.  Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, internal SOPs, and client specific requirements.
