U.S. Customs - Billing Specialist

About the Role 

The Customs Brokerage Billing Agent is responsible for the timely and accurate billing of customs brokerage services while ensuring compliance with customer billing requirements, customs regulations, and company policies. This role works closely with customs operations, finance, and customers to resolve billing discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and ensure all billable services are invoiced correctly and within established service level agreements.

What the candidate will do 

• Review completed customs entries to ensure all brokerage services, duties, fees, and service charges are billed accurately. 
• Manage exceptions from daily feed to USAC billing systems. 
• Ensure customer invoices are in accordance with customer rates and customer specific billi
