Our experienced team is committed to providing top-notch quality products to ensure a successful project every time, saving you maintenance costs over time.    The Crew Lead will supervise and support coating applicators in surface preparation, infiltration stopping, coating application, equipment handling, and job site safety practices. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating daily field activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safe and efficient job site operations. The Crew Lead will provide guidance and training to crew members while ensuring projects are completed according to specifications and production requirements. The Crew Lead must have the ability to travel 90% of the time. Travel will consist of local state and out-of-state travel.
