About the role:
This is a full-cycle recruiting role covering hiring across Product, R&D and GTM roles. You'll own searches end to end, from defining the role with a hiring manager through sourcing, screening and offer, working across every function we hire for rather than one specialty.
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process across Product, R&D and GTM roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes
- Proactively source strong candidates through direct outreach, referrals and networ
