We are looking for a IT Risk and Data Protection Specialist to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.What you will be doing?
User Lifecycle Management (Onboarding, Offboarding & Movers):
Execute end-to-end access provisioning, modification, and revocation for employees and third-party users.
Perform manual verifications and adjust access rights based on role mapping matrices across various internal systems.
Access Requests & Incident Management:
Manage the daily IAM ticket queue, mapping and assigning access rights to supported systems.
Assist users via daily support channels (chat, email, calls, war rooms) to resolve access issues and permission losses.
System Recertifications & Asset Governance:
Regularly review user access across systems to make sure permissions are still valid and needed.
Reach out to system owners to confirm who should have access, update permissions list, and fix any discrepancies.
Update internal databases and documentation with current access information.
Integrations & System Onboarding:
Support the onboarding of new applications into the IAM framework.
Participate in discussions with System Owners to help define access rules, role mappings, and user groups for both test and production environments.
Periodic Controls, Audits & Compliance:
Execute periodic IAM controls to ensure all processes are working as expected.
Gather evidence and maintain records to demonstrate compliance with regulatory standards like DORA.
Skills you should have
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong drive to solve complex, non-obvious problems.
Persistence and curiosity - you enjoy digging into issues and finding solutions even when they aren't immediately clear.
An efficiency mindset - you notice repetitive tasks and actively look for opportunities to automate or streamline them, including using AI tools.
Curiosity, openness to learning, and a willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with system owners, cross-functional teams, and end users.
Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in IAM or IT Support is a plus, but your attitude, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn are what matter most.
