Location: Work from Home
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Singapore Time
Salary: SGD 1,000 – 2,000 per month
Annual Leave: 14 Days
Medical Leave: 12 Days
About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated Technical Recruiter who is passionate about IT recruitment and wants to build a long-term career in the recruitment industry. You will work as part of a diverse, international recruitment team supporting IT hiring requirements for Singapore and, occasionally, remote positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify IT/Technology professionals for Singapore-based and remote opportunities.
- Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to successful placement.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable IT talent.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment platforms and other sourcing channels to build candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, availability and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Work closely with the recruitment team in an English-speaking working environment.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers
