Senior Accountant

UTA seeks a Senior Accountant to join our International Accounting team in our London office. Working closely with external accounting advisers, auditors and internal teams, the Senior Accountant will prepare and review financial information, coordinate audit deliverables and contribute to month-end accounting and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will be a motivated accountant with strong attention to detail.

What Will You Do:

• Assist in the preparation and review of annual financial statements and footnote disclosures of all designated entities as well as the UK consolidated financial statements

• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing monthly journal entries and reconciliations for complex transactions

• Manage intercompany accounting, including recurring charges, loans, eliminations, and settlement across domestic and international entities

• Handle multi-currency transactions, revaluation, and translation

• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and promptly resolve issues
