Senior Technical Program Manager
UTA seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs that support UTA’s rapidly evolving business. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver large-scale initiatives that drive efficiency, scale, and innovation across the agency. The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise, strong technical fluency, and a proven ability to operate in ambiguity while influencing both engineering teams and executive leadership.
The salary range for this role is $160,000 to $190,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, multi-phase technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and on-time delivery.
Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to define scope, success criteria, and program roadmaps across multiple workstreams.
Establish and drive program governance, including status reporting, dependency and risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
