About the Role: The Enterprise Implementation Manager will primarily support our remote implementation model. This role will also occasionally support our Enterprise Services Delivery model, which focuses on temporarily embedding Unite Us team members in the early stages of partnership with customers who have significant business impact to provide expedited delivery and early ROI. The Implementation Manager will work with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to proactively assess customer workflows and system adoption and consult with the customer to celebrate successes. This role includes a willingness to travel occasionally for customer needs, proven experience in managing customer relationships, and an ability to proactively identify risks and respond appropriately to rapidly changing situations. Implementation Managers are strong collaborators and work across departments and teams to ensure a seamless delivery of our solutions. The Implementation Manager is a detail-oriented or execution-focused individual with strong project management, customer management, and communication skills.
