Job Description

Why Uniti

Real estate is labor heavy, operationally complex, and still running on phone queues, tickets, and a dozen disconnected tools. The industry spends over a trillion dollars a year on headcount, and almost all of it is the same job repeated millions of times across geography and property.

Uniti is the agentic AI platform for real estate operators. Our agents handle sales, support, maintenance, collections, reviews, renewals, payments, and data analysis across voice, SMS, email, and chat. They sit on top of the systems operators already run and do the work.

About 100 operators across five verticals run on Uniti today. Last month our agents handled 300,000 conversations, roughly 15x the volume a year earlier. In July we raised a $12M Series A led by Pathlight, with MetaProp, Prudence, Flex Capital, Alate, and angels including Lenny Rachitsky, Gokul Rajaram, and OpenAI's Romain Huet.

About the Role

On the back of 6x YoY growth, we raised our Series A and are tripling headcount this year. We're roughly 40 people and marketing today is a team of one reporting directly to our CEO and co-founder. This is our second marketing hire: someone to build out the content, brand, and demand gen engine and give real firepower to the product launches and campaigns a fast-shipping company needs.

As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll help build and own the assets that carry Uniti into the market: marketing videos, product marketing assets, cross-channel campaigns, website, email and more. The story we tell this year shapes what the category looks like when Uniti is the obvious answer.

You'll work directly with our CEO, Head of Marketing, and the growth team to build clear, compelling campaigns that capture attention, drive engagement, and build pipeline. We're building AI agents that work across every channel and use case, and they're radically transforming how real estate operators run their business. Your job is to make sure the market knows it.

Representative Projects

  • Multi-channel content machine. The always-on output that runs independent of any single launch: blog posts, short-form video, newsletters, and social. You'll build and run the content calendar that keeps it moving, produced fast with AI-native tools.

  • Product launch ownership. Every new agent family, integration, or vertical entry needs a kit: landing page, launch video, customer-facing email, sales one-pager, and objection-handling notes. You build it end to end.

  • Dynamic marketing videos. Short, high-quality videos that showcase real UX: the actual agent conversation, the actual workflow, the actual result. An operator should understand what an agent does in 30 seconds, without booking a demo.

  • Website ownership. You own getuniti.com. Every product launch, every new integration, every new vertical means a new page, a new tab, or fresh language, and you ship it.

  • Events and executive presence. Trade shows, panels, speaking engagements, dinners, webinars, and executive events. You'll help us stand out at the booth, get attention, and walk away with meetings.

What You'll Own

  • Build the content machine across social, email, digital, and live events. Written, video, and interactive, with AI-assisted video and editing central to how you work.

  • Own product marketing for launches. Partner with product to shape positioning and messaging for every new agent, integration, and vertical. Turn it into the launch kit, enablement for sales, and customer-facing announcements.

  • Run full lifecycle email marketing, including our monthly newsletter, plus paid experiments across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google in partnership with our Head of Marketing.

  • Work with our go-to-market engineer to keep HubSpot lists and segmentation clean, so sales gets clear, timely buyer-intent signals they can act on.

  • Own the website and the landing pages behind every major campaign and launch, and help build our inbound machine. Sharpen messaging, test what converts, and make sure every visit has a clear next step.

  • Produce customer case studies with our growth and customer success teams. Mostly written, with video reserved for flagship accounts, published the week the customer signs off.

  • Build sales enablement assets that shorten the sales cycle: one-pagers, microsites, cold outbound, and competitive intelligence alerts.

What You Have

  • AI-native instincts. You reach for new tools like Lovable, AI video and editing tools like Tella, and whatever's next to build content, microsites, and interactive experiences faster than the old way.

  • 2 to 5 years in demand gen, content, product marketing, or growth marketing at a high-growth AI or B2B SaaS startup.

  • A portfolio we can see that shows you know how to talk to an audience: landing pages, short-form video, case studies, launch campaigns. Links to real work, not strategy decks.

  • Video marketing fluency. You can (or quickly learn how to) turn raw footage or AI-generated assets into polished short-form video.

  • Comfort with the stack: Framer (our CMS), HubSpot (marketing automation and CRM), Lovable, LinkedIn, and Figma-adjacent tools for briefing designers. Bonus if you've stood up a site or microsite from scratch.

  • Strong writing. You can turn a 40-minute customer call into a case study, a LinkedIn post, a press release, and a product-page headline without losing what made the call interesting. Allergic reaction to AI slop.

Who You Are

  • You want to be at an early-stage startup. You know what tripling headcount in a year feels like, or you're ready to find out.

  • You're a learner. Willing to get your hands dirty and happy to pick up a new tool mid-project because it's the fastest way to the outcome.

  • You take ownership. You scope a launch from scratch and get every piece live. You don't wait for a brief.

  • You're collaborative and independent. You pull in product, CS, and our Head of Marketing at the right moments, but you don't need to be managed through a deadline.

  • You get close to the customer. Real operators, not just their titles, because the best content comes from what they actually said.

  • You ship fast and iterate. The 80% version this week beats the polished one next quarter.
