AI Enablement Lead
About the role
This role exists to make sure everybody at Unity — every Partner and Functional Leader, and everyone in their teams — can actually use AI well in their everyday work, and to turn that capability into real automation and productivity gains across the business. It reports jointly to the Chief People Officer and the Chief AI Officer, because doing this well is as much about people, capability and how Unity actually works day to day as it is about the technology itself.
It suits someone who lives at the frontier of what's possible with AI — building with the latest tools themselves and evolving their own approach every few weeks, not working from a playbook that's a year out of date. It suits someone who gets real satisfaction from building capability in others, reimagining how work actually gets done, and shipping things that stick, rather than setting technology direction from the top. You'll be building the operational muscle of Unity's AI Centre of Excellence from scratch, and sequencing what matters most first.
What you'll own
Firm-wide AI capability and training: design and drive practical AI upskilling across client-facing and enablement teams, working closely with the Performance & Development Lead so AI capability
