The Role

We are seeking entrepreneurial, client-centric, and hungry Directors to join our Deals practice. This role will be instrumental in developing our AI-enabled propositions on Post Merger Integration (inc. Synergy Development), Carve-out support, and broader Value Creation engagements.

You’ll bring a strong track record of client leadership and subject matter expertise from a Big 4 or top-tier advisory environment. You’ll have experience advising Private Equity and/or Corporate clients at the C-Suite level. As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Unity Advisory’s market presence, mentoring senior talent, and developing innovative, outcome-driven solutions for clients.
