The Role
We are looking for Deals Tax Directors to lead and scale our M&A and transactions tax offering. Working alongside market leaders in M&A Advisory Services, we are looking for individuals who have the ambition and credentials to achieve Partnership with the next couple of years. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical rigour, commercial insight, and deal execution.
You’ll be a key part of our growth story—advising on high-value transactions while helping to reimagine how M&AT ax is delivered in a technology-enabled world. You’ll work closely with our in-house AI team to co-create delivery tools that give clients faster, clearer answers and a more responsive advisory experience
