At Universal Audio, you will serve a crucial role in the Business Applications team in major digital transformation initiatives and driving operational excellence throughout the organization. Your analytical skills and ability to connect big picture goals to detailed business and technical requirements will play a significant role in positioning Universal Audio for continued growth as a leader in the music products industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external/internal customers and stakeholders to analyze information and business needs to deliver functional and technical requirements to applications development teams.
• Deliver solutions that successfully translate desired business outcomes.
• Identify business process best practices and work with key stakeholders to deliver process improvements.
• Conduct prototypes, develop functional specifications and data mapping in Netsuite and integrated 3rd party applications
• Lead test plan development, execution and UAT/demo coordination
