Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

A brand-new opportunity within the water & wastewater sector

We're recruiting on behalf of an established and growing business that works closely with organisations across the UK water and wastewater utility sector.

As part of the continued development of its commercial team, the business is creating a brand-new Appointment Setter role for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and motivated by hitting targets and, most importantly, seeing the external Sales Representative(s) succeed and thrive out on the road.

The business already has strong relationships with many major organisations across the sector, and much of the initial door-opening has been done. Your role will be to capitalise on these existing relationships, make regular outbound calls, identify opportunities and, most importantly, book quality appointments that keep the external Sales Representatives' diaries full.

The main KPI is to book 12 customer meetings per week, typically requiring around 30–50 outbound contacted calls per week. Approximately 70% of the contacts you'll be working with are existing CRM cont
