We are seeking a stores coordinator to join the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences Central Stores team.
The Store Coordinator is responsible for procurement, inventory, and management of inwards goods activities on our Grafton Campus. This role is front facing with a high degree of customer service and communications. If you are an energetic and outgoing person who enjoys building relationships with external stakeholders, then this could be the job for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory maintenance of all goods in the store/stockroom, including consumables and chemicals.
- Receiving inward goods, notifying recipients, and facilitating distribution to recipients.
- Manage the ongoing operational and management requirements for the assigned facility.
- Understand and comply with containment requirements for stock held within the Central Stores Facility
