CRM Specialist
The mission
The CRM Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the Sales and Marketing departments. This is an internal role created to replace the current external provider model and bring CRM expertise in-house, enabling faster response times, deeper alignment with business needs, and greater cost efficiency.
The CRM Specialist will work hand-in-hand with the Commercial Assistant, who acts as the primary liaison between the sales teams, customer support, and the CRM function. All change requests and improvement initiatives will be channeled through this working relationship, ensuring structured and prioritised delivery.
