Position Summary

The Senior Estimator is responsible for leading the estimating process for HVAC and mechanical construction projects, including conceptual budgeting, detailed takeoffs, pricing, and proposal preparation. This role evaluates drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates while identifying risks and value-engineering opportunities. The Senior HVAC Estimator works closely with preconstruction, project management, vendors, and subcontractors to support successful project award and execution.

Sheetmetal and ductwork experience is not required, but highly preferred!
