Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from late-stage development through Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracting and construction, to completion and hand-off to Asset Operations Management. Responsible for managing multiple projects at a time and accountable for meeting project milestones and maintaining accurate project schedules and budgets.

The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining a high degree of ownership and accountability while managing internal and external project stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Oversee and manage all aspects of the project construction process, including contractor safety, budgets, and schedules.

·         Collaborate with project Development and Engineering on local, state, and federal permitting efforts to prepare the project for contracting and construction.

·         Work with Supply Chain in support of procurement efforts for long lead and owner-furnished equipment.

·         Be the commercial lead for the project from RFP through substantial completion which includes participation in engineering site optimization discussions, reviewing CapEx and production data to ensure final design will meet the internal and inter
