Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Agenda to own the long-range view of Ursa Major’s planning function — the horizon beyond the fiscal year, out to the multi-year thesis. This senior individual contributor / player-coach builds the scenarios, market models, and value cases that turn where the business is going into a plan it can commit to today, on an eighteen-month-plus horizon.
You will own the Regional Strategic Meeting and the multi-year thesis, scenario and market modeling, the Quarterly Business Review, and the strategy behind the planning toolset — sitting across Programs, Business Development, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to make sure the plan we commit to this year is the right plan for where Ursa Major is he
