We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join our Talent team. An Ursa Major TA Partner is a professional networker, sourcing guru, administrative wizard, and lover of learning all things technical. You will manage a full plate of strategic sourcing while driving HM and candidate engagement and collaborate with your peers to get a multitude of roles filled quickly with qualified and diverse candidates. Ursa is looking for someone who works well on a team but is also a problem-solver and can be independent while seeing projects through to completion.
