About the Office of AI

The Office of AI owns the strategy, governance, infrastructure, and enablement of AI across Usercentrics. We sit within the CTO office and work across all departments.

Mission: enable the entire organisation to adopt AI safely, responsibly, and effectively.

About the role

You are the hands-on technical arm of AI adoption at Usercentrics. Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Customer Success, BI and every other department have real AI use cases, and your job is to turn them into governed, working software, not slide decks.

You will prototype and build department AI applications, run technical enablement sessions directly with the teams who will use them, and make sure everything you ship meets our governance standards before it goes live. You work from the use-case pipeline the AI Enablement Lead runs
