About the Role
Our GTM organization is at an inflection point after reaching more than €100M ARR in 2025. As we scale, our Salesforce ecosystem needs to evolve from a system of record into a true platform for growth – flexible, well-governed and built to support increasingly complex go-to-market motions. You'll be responsible for the technical architecture and long-term health of our Salesforce instance, translating ambitious business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.

You'll own the architecture and design standards across our Salesforce ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical role at the intersection of CRM architecture, systems integration and revenue operations. You'll collaborate closely
